WHO IS THE JUDGEMENT DEBTOR?
A judgement debtor is the person against
whom a Judgement has been entered which remains
unsatisfied. An unsatisfied Judgement is typically
reflected in a credit report on a Judgement
debtor issued by various credit reporting
agencies (such as Dun & Bradstreet). The
property of the Judgement debtor is subject
to lien, execution and levy by the Judgement
